Below is the sad results of the Texas Supreme Court case on the funding of Texas Schools.  When one of the first couple lines that I read says that the decision was by a  “Republican” Supreme Court, then it makes me believe that their decision was more political than legal. To make it even more political they overturned a lower court ruling by a Democratic district judge.

Politics has no place in education but yet it seems to be more and more of it.
